Turn Your HZZG Forklift into a Brick-Handling Machine with the ZK25T-B1 Clamp

A bolt-on attachment for 3–4.5t HZZG forklifts that grips an entire stack of bricks in one pass — clamping more, breaking less, moving faster.

QINGDAO, China — For brick factories and building material yards, the math is unforgiving: every cracked brick is lost margin, every extra trip is lost time, and every manual handling step is a safety risk. HZZG's answer is refreshingly simple — fit the new ZK25T-B1 brick clamp to one of its 3–4.5t forklifts and turn a standard workhorse into a dedicated brick-handling machine.

The ZK25T-B1 bolts straight onto the forklift and runs off the truck's own hydraulics — a single auxiliary circuit is all it needs. Once fitted, hydraulically powered clamp plates grip loads firmly and evenly, from 800 mm to 1,300 mm wide, adapting on the fly to different brick formats and stack sizes — from fired clay bricks to aerated concrete blocks. One operator, one forklift, one clean pass: pick up, transport and stack an entire load of bricks without re-adjustment, without re-stacking and without broken edges.

On the Truck, Where It Counts

Fewer cycles, more moves. With a 2,500 kg rated capacity at 500 mm load center and a clamping range that swallows standard pallets and irregular stacks alike, a ZK25T-B1-equipped HZZG forklift keeps high-volume yards flowing without constant re-adjustment.

Stability at full load. A compact 230 mm lost load distance and 590 mm horizontal center of gravity keep the load hugging the mast, so operators retain steering control and confidence even at maximum capacity.

Light on the truck, heavy on output. At just 760 kg, the clamp's own weight leaves more of the truck's rated capacity for the payload it carries.

Built for the dust, heat and shock of real plants. Rugged welded steel construction keeps the ZK25T-B1 working shift after shift, year after year — on HZZG forklifts built for the same conditions.

Where It Earns Its Keep

Brick factories, concrete block and AAC plants, construction sites, and building material warehouses and distribution centers — anywhere bricks and blocks move in volume, and damage, downtime and double handling eat into the bottom line.
