Grab, lift, drive, and dump—all in one go—timber, scrap, bales, and recyclables, all easily handled by one forklift.
While forklifts are excellent transport tools, their unloading capacity sometimes falls short. Goods arrive at the construction site—logs, scrap metal, hay bales, construction waste—and then comes the daunting challenge: manual handling, using a second forklift, or clumsy and unsafe dumping methods. HZZG solves this problem with a simple bolt-on upgrade: the loading clamp. Mounted on the mast of the HZZG forklift and driven by the forklift's own hydraulic system, this device gives the forklift unprecedented power—grabbing, transporting, and dumping heavy loads, all from the driver's seat in one seamless operation.
No additional equipment. No additional personnel. No manual cleanup. One forklift does the work of the entire material handling system.
What advantages will your forklift gain?
Complete the entire cycle of grabbing, lifting, driving, and unloading in a single operation. The hydraulically driven grab firmly grips the goods from above, while the wide fork base supports them from below—allowing an HZZG forklift to easily grab logs, scrap, or bales, transport them to the center of the site, and unload them to the desired location without ever touching the ground.
Achieve truly thorough unloading. The grab assembly is mounted on a forward-tilting hinged bracket with a tilt angle far exceeding the operating range of a standard mast—goods can be cleanly and completely tipped over, eliminating the cumbersome prying, shaking, and manual cleanup often found with traditional forklifts.
Maintain operator comfort. All functions are driven by the forklift's hydraulic system and can be operated from the cab—no one needs to climb onto the goods, manually guide them, or work next to moving materials.
Retain all the original mobility of a forklift. This gripper enhances bulk material handling capabilities without compromising what forklifts excel at: moving quickly and precisely in confined spaces, warehouses, and loading/unloading areas.
One forklift can do the work of multiple forklifts.
Timber yards and sawmills, scrap metal and recycling centers, hay and silage handling areas, and construction or demolition sites requiring large-volume bulk material handling—places where every load needs to be loaded, moved, and dumped, and every additional handling step costs time and money.
