Forklift Tyre Clamp Attachment

1. Hydraulic Clamping & Palletless Handling

Utilizes the forklift's auxiliary hydraulic circuit to provide stable clamping force. It allows operators to pick up, transfer, and stack tires directly by their tread or sidewall, significantly reducing pallet procurement and storage costs.

2. 360-Degree Continuous Rotation (Optional)

Many models feature a continuous 360-degree hydraulic rotation function. This allows operators to easily switch tires between vertical and horizontal positions, facilitating tire inspection, racking, and container stuffing.

3. Surface Protection & Non-Marking Pads

The clamp arms are equipped with specialized curved contact pads (rubber, polyurethane, or ribbed steel). They distribute clamping pressure evenly across the tire circumference to prevent bead distortion, sidewall tearing, or surface scuffing during transit.

4. Adjustable Clamping Pressure Regulation

Integrated hydraulic relief valves and multi-stage pressure regulators allow operators to adjust clamping force according to tire type (passenger car, commercial truck, agricultural, or large OTR tires), preventing over-clamping deformation.

5. High-Visibility Arm Design & Safety Valves

Engineered with slim arm profiles to ensure clear forward visibility from the operator's cabin. Built-in hydraulic check valves maintain clamping pressure in case of unexpected hydraulic line pressure drops, ensuring safe handling.

Typical Applications

Tire Manufacturing Plants: Transferring newly molded and cured tires from production lines to testing areas and central storage.

Tire Warehouses & Logistics Hubs: High-density vertical stacking, order picking, and direct palletless container/truck loading.

Vehicle Assembly & Distribution: Transporting bulk wheel and tire assemblies directly to automotive, tractor, and heavy truck assembly stations.

Mining & OTR Maintenance Yards: Handling large, heavy earthmover, agricultural, and industrial tires for maintenance and replacement.

Tire Retreading & Recycling Centers: Loading, sorting, and staging scrap tires, casings, and shredder feeds efficiently.
